Vacancy - Youth Worker

We are looking for a dynamic qualified Youth Worker (or equivalent) to work with the Stone Soup Team to support the engagement and delivery of creative activities, 121 and Family interventions as and when required.


The Social Soup project seeks to reduce the number of young people engaging in anti-social behaviour through a creative project using film, media. The project is based on a restorative pro social approach which engages with the individual, their community and family, supporting them to make positive choices through creative interventions. The project is funded and supported by TMBC and GMPCC

Our Work

A creative intervention can take may forms and we offer a wide range of different creative opportunities. For a school this could be a drama workshop, developing a film or writing, rehearsing and producing a performance. For a local authority it could be a celebration event with performances and fireworks or an interactive storytelling session in a library or for a theatre it could be running a weekly community theatre group.
